A 50% cancellation fee applies to any no-shows or cancellations within a 48-hour timeframe. Fills must be scheduled two weeks and a half prior to a full set. If a rescheduling option is available and a new appointment date is set, attempting to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window will result in the cancellation fee being charged. Refunds are only available within the 72-hour period after the service is rendered. The refund amount is 30% of the paid service. Please note that products are priced at a premium due to their inherent value and the time required to produce them.
